Notice to Vacate

Laming Property tenancy agreements are legal, binding contracts prepared by the Real Estate Institute of NSW. This agreement can only be terminated by the tenant in one of the following way:

1. If you intend to vacate at the end of your tenancy agreement you are required to give at least 14 days' written notice to Laming Property prior to the expiry of your agreement.

2. If you intend to vacate after your tenancy agreement has expired and you have continued to reside in the property, you are required to give at least 21 days' written notice to Laming Property prior to vacating the property.

3. If unexpected situations arise and you have to vacate the property before the end of your tenancy agreement, please contact your property manager as soon as possible to discuss.

We suggest that all written notice also be followed up with a telephone call to your property management at the time of your written notice, to discuss re-letting, vacating and bond refund arrangements.
